Clark Pines History

Clark Pines was developed by R.D. Clark and H.H. Clark in the mid to late 1940's as a residential neighborhood, named after the developers and the area's indigenous loblolly pines.

Clark Pines Civic Association History

Clark Pines Civic Association was formed in 1989 and incorporated in1991. Restrictive covenants were filed with the county clerk's office in March 1997 after being approved by a majority of the 90 homeowners. Clark Pines is a part of the Greater Heights Super Neighborhood Council

  • Neighborhood Socials
  • Contingency Legal Fund
  • Association Meetings
  • Community Garden
  • Neighborhood Clean-Up Projects
  • Developing/Upholding Clark Pines' Deed Restrictions
